I found it difficult to capture the true feeling of the Golfe du Morbihan in pictures. The mix of wild, beautiful, empty islands, moorings filled with boats, fast tides and rocks that need to be carefully navigated through was magical, especially in the bright sunshine.
It is a great place to visit and we will certainly be back. For now though, the island of Houat beckoned.
