All Work and No Play…?

Tonight we toasted having been in Gibraltar for a week. It has been a busy time with maintenance tasks varying from the delights of lubricating the toilets’ flushing systems to climbing the mast to check the rigging. There’s nothing quite like the view from the top of the mast to give a different perspective.

During the winter we have got into the habit of running 2 or 3 times a week. We have been keeping that going with a run every other day in the cool of the early morning.

The steep bits of the Rock (most of it, it seems!) have certainly made the runs a little more ‘emotional’ than back home…

... but we have seen views and parts of Gibraltar that otherwise we would have missed.
