Pimientos de Padrón



We bought some pimientos when we were in Muros so that we could prepare our own Pimientos de Padrón onboard for when we can’t get to a tapas bar to enjoy them. They are little sweet peppers which are just fried briefly in olive oil and a little salt added to taste. Very quick and easy to cook and a nice addition to our selection of nibbles at sundowners.
